rights. By term is understood the crops upon the land. By crops here meant the products of the which grow yearly and are by annual expense and labour, great manurance and industry,” as grain; but not fruits which on trees which are not to be yearly, grass, and the like, they are annual. It is general rule that when the estate terminated by the act of God in other way than by his death, tenant for life is entitled to the emblements, whether such terminaarise by the act of God or by act of law; and when he dies harvest time, his executors have the emblements, as a refor the labour and expense of deceased in tilling the ground.
