Eng. prac- The capias and all other subwrits to the original writ, issuing out of chancery, but from court into which the original returnable, and being grounded what had passed in that court in consequence of the shcriff’s return, called judicial writs, in contradistinction to the writs issued out of chancery, which were called origiwrits.
