To say nothing. These words are used to signify that judgment be rendered against a party, because he does not deny the cause of action, i. e. by default. When a fair and impartial trial cannot be had in the county davit of the circumstances, to change it in transitory actions; or in local actions they will give leave to enter a suggestion on the roll, with a nient dedire, in order to have the trial in another county.
