Before mentioned; already spoken of or described. Whenever in any instrument a person has once been described, all subsequent references therein may be made by giving his name merely and adding the term "aforesaid" for the purpose of identification. The same rule holds good also as to the mention of places or specific things described, and generally as to any description once given which it is desirable to refer to.
