An association to buy, gather and accumulate information and news; to vend, supply, distribute and publish the same. It is an association affected with a public its news without discrimination to all newspaper publishers who desire to purchase the same; Inter-Ocean Pub. Co. v. Associated Press, 184 111. 438, 56 N. E. 822, 48 L. R. A. 508, 75 Am. St. Rep. 184, and a by-law forbidding the furnishing news to or receiving news from an antagonistic person or corporation is void as creating a monopoly; id.
