In Medical Jurisprudence. The act by which any matter whatever is thrown from the body: thus, it is usual to say, emission of urine, emission of semen, etc. Emission is not necessary in the commission of a rape to complete the offence; 1 Hale, P. C. 628; 4 C. & P. 249; 9 id.
