FACIAS (Lat facere, to make, to do). That you cause. Occurring in the phrases acire facias (that you cause to know), fieri facias (that you cause to be made), etc. Used also in the phrases Do ut facias (I give, that you may do), Facio ut facias (I do that you may do), two of the four divisions of considerations made by Blackstone, 2 Com. 444.
