Properly a way over water
Where a seaman shipped for a voyage to foreign parts, and at the termination of the voyage was provided with a passage to a port \yithin the United Kingdom, but not the one from which he originally shipped, he was held to have been provided with a passage home, within the meaning of the Merchant Shipping Act; [1897] 1 Q.
