A prodigal
According tc the Code Napoleon, a French subject of fuB age, who is of extravagant habits, when ad judged to be a “prodigal,” is restrained from dealing with his movables without the consent of a legal adviser.
Such judgment in France will be disregarded by an English court; [3902] 1 Ch. 488; 49 L. J. Ch. 201.
