The delivery of the goods within the time required on some vessel destined to the particular port which the seller has reason to suppose will sail within a reasonable time. It does not mean a clearance of the vessel as well as putting the goods on board where there is nothing to indicate that the seller was expected to exercise any control over the clearance of the vessel or of her subsequent management; Ledon v.
