A common vehicle for the transportation of goods, wares, and merchandise of. all descriptions. The terra does not include a hackney coach; Quigley v. Gorham, 5 Cal. 418, 63 Am. Dec. 139; but a “buggy” is a wagon; Gordon v. Shields, 7 Kan. 325; contra, Dingman v. Raymond, 27 Minn. 507, 8 N. W. 597; as is a hearse, within the meaning of an. exemption law; Spikes v. Burgess, 65 Wis. 431, 27 N. W. 184.
