Albinus.
L. Lat. [quasi alibinu^, alibi natu^, bom elsewhere or in another country; Fr. aubaine.] In old French law. A stranger, alien or foreigner; (Lat. advena, extraneus; old English, a come- Ung.) De liberis hominibus albanisgue; from freemen and strangers.

Bona albaria; the goods of a foreigner, which escheated to the prince or lord. Id.
