Anniculus trecentesimo sexagesimo quinto die dicitur, incipiens plane non exacto die, quia annum civiliter non ad momenta temporum, sed ad dies numeramus; a person is said to be a year old, on the three hundred and sixty-fifth day [after birth], when it has clearly begun, and before it has passed, because we reckon a year civilly not by moments of time, but by days.
