[Lat. /rocfe'o, infractio, violatio.] The breaking or violating of a law, right or dutj, either by commission or omission. See infra. The breaking, or forcibly passingr through, or over a material object. See tn/ra. Breach of closb. The unlawful, or unwarrantable entry on another person's soil, land or close.
