Diffiduciare.
L. Lat. [from dis, priv., and fides, fealty or faith.] In feudal law. To renounce one's fealty or allegiance; the opposite of affidare, (q. v.) Spelman. To proclaim hostilities; to declare war, (faida); to defy. Id. Calvin de Feud.
