Ex turpi contractu actio non oritur
From an immoral, or iniquitous contract, an action does not arise. A contract founded upon an illegal or immoral consideration cannot be enforced by action.

All contracts which have for their object anything repugnant to justice, or against the general policy of the common law, or contrary to the provisions of any statute, are void.
