Finalis Concordia

Lat. In old conveyancing. A final concord; a fine of lands. Talis coneordia finalis dieitur, eo quod finem imponit negotio, odea tH neutra pars litigantium ah eo de ccetero poterit reeedere. Such a concord is called final because it puts an end to the matter, so that neither of the litigating parties can afterwards recede from it. Olanv, lib.
