Fr. [from Lat. fugere.] In old English law. To fly or flee; to chase or drive. Kel Jiam. L. Fr, Diet, Flight. Fuer en fait; flight in fact, was when a man did apparently and corporally flee. Fuer en ley; flight in law, was when, being called in the county court, he failed to appear; for this was^ flight in interpretation of law.
