Enormia

Lat. [from enormis, q. v.] In old practice and pleading. Unlawful or wrongful acts; wrongs. Et alia enormia; and other wrongs. This phrase constantly occurs in the old writs of trespass in the Register.

It occurs also in the old declarations in trespass, and is literally translated in the modern forms; the original alia enormia being still retained as the name of the clause containing it.
