Fr. [L. Lat. intentio, q. v.] In old pleading. The plaintiff's count or declaration in a real action. Et puis die le pleyntyfe sa entente, solonc les pointz del briefe original; and then the plaintiff shall say (or repeat) his count according to the points of the original writ. Britt. c.
