Lat. [from /orw, out, BXk&jurare, to swear.] In old English law. To forswear; to renounce or relinqiush by or under oa Hi, {rem negative dfjerars\) to abjure. Spelman, Provincian^ fbrisfuraret; he shall forswear the county; that is, he shall swear that he will not return. LL, Fdw. Conf, c.
