Parties having no relation to either the dispute or the industry in which it arose; a business wholly outside the economic context of the real dispute, of a person whose relation to the dispute arises from his business dealings with one of the disputants, as distinguished from establishments where there exists an interdependence of economic interest of all engaged in the same industry.
