In a prosecution for selling liquor on certain days, cash register records were held inadmissible to sustain the testimony of a party to the transaction that liquor had not been sold; Cullinan v. Moncrief, 90 App. Div. 538, 85 N. Y. Supp. 745. They are not books of account, but memoranda made by a party in his own interest. See note in 13 Yale L. J. 397.
