Certa. Lat. Certain; defined, particularly described or specified. Oportet quod certa res dedi Lcatur in donatton^m, quia incerta rei nulla est donatio; It is necessary that the thing which is the subject of the gift should be certain, because the gift of an uncertain thing is null.
