In Spanish law. A abs by one gratui- Mage oe ne me tously to another som: onsuma- Bon io een - - a * - wan period; ‘ the same contract as commodatum i tert.) time, fo ba enjoyed and used under certain conditions, without any pay or reward, is called “commodans;” the person who receives the thing is called “eommedatarius,” and the contraet is called “commodatum.” It differs from locatio and conductio, in this: that the use of the thing is gratuitous.
