1. To go along together; to co-exist: as, in saying that in malicious prosecution malice and want of probable cause must concur. Concurrent. Co-existing; having effect, operation, or validity at one and the same time: as, a concurrent or concurrent — agreements, covenants, or promises, consideration, jurisdiction, negligence, possession or seisin, remedies, qq. v. 3. To entertain like views; to agi-ee; as, to concur in an opinion, and concurring opinion. Opposed to dissent. See Opinion, 3.
