7 U.S.C. § 1308 — in this section (6 versions over time)

The term "covered commodity" has the meaning given that term in section 1111 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (7 U.S.C. 9011).

7 U.S.C. § 1638 — in this subchapter (4 versions over time)

The term “covered commodity” means—

(i) muscle cuts of lamb and venison;

(ii) ground lamb and ground venison;

(iii) farm-raised fish;

(iv) wild fish;

(v) a perishable agricultural commodity;

(vi) peanuts; and 1

(vii) meat produced from goats;

(viii) chicken, in whole and in part;

(ix) ginseng;

(x) pecans; and

(xi) macadamia nuts.

The term “covered commodity” means wheat, corn, grain sorghum, barley, oats, upland cotton, rice, soybeans, and other oilseeds.
