covered mortgage obligation

15 U.S.C. § 636 — under this chapter
the terms "covered mortgage obligation", "covered operating expenditure", "covered property damage cost", "covered rent obligation", "covered supplier cost", "covered utility payment", and "covered worker protection expenditure" have the meanings given those terms in section 636m(a) of this title;
15 U.S.C. § 636m — in this section
the term "covered mortgage obligation" means any indebtedness or debt instrument incurred in the ordinary course of business that—
(A) is a liability of the borrower;
(B) is a mortgage on real or personal property; and
(C) was incurred before February 15, 2020;
