In old English law. On the morrow; a title formerly given to the return days of writs, days in bank, or appearance days in the courts at Westminster. Crastino animarum: on the morrow of All Souls; one of the return days in Michaelmas Term, and the first day of the term. Crastino ascensionis Domini: on the morrow of the Ascension; one of the return days in Easter term. Crastino purificationis beatae Mariae virginis: on the morrow of the purification of the blessed virgin Mary; one of the return days in Hilary term. Crastino sanctae Trinitatis: on the morrow of the holy Trinity; one of the return days in Trinity term; and the first day of the term.
