10 U.S.C. § 2500 — in this chapter

The term “critical technology” means a technology that is—

(A) a national critical technology; or

(B) a defense critical technology.

10 U.S.C. § 4801 — in this subpart

The term "critical technology" means a technology that is—

(A) a national critical technology; or

(B) a defense critical technology.

50 U.S.C. § 4552 — for purposes of this chapter

The term "critical technology" includes any technology designated by the President to be essential to the national defense.
