26 U.S.C. § 45I — for purposes of this section

The terms “crude oil”, “natural gas”, “domestic”, and “barrel” have the meanings given such terms by section 613A(e).

26 U.S.C. § 4612 — for purposes of this subchapter

The term “crude oil” includes crude oil condensates and natural gasoline.

26 U.S.C. § 613A — for purposes of this section

The term “crude oil” includes a natural gas liquid recovered from a gas well in lease separators or field facilities.

46 U.S.C. § 2101 — in this subtitle

“crude oil” means a liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth, whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation, and includes crude oil from which certain distillate fractions may have been removed, and crude oil to which certain distillate fractions may have been added.
