The Cyclopedic Law Dictionary

(Pa. pple. of Complete, q. v.) The word is used in the various senses of the verb, and may thus mean finished, perfected, etc. But it may be restricted by a context to a finishing, perfecting, accomplishing or fulfilling less entire than the word ordinarily imports.
