The Cyclopedic Law Dictionary
A convention; a pact; an agreement. The term is generally confined to the agreements made between independent governments, and most usually applied to those between the pope and some prince. CONCORDIA (Lat.) In old English law. An agreement, or concord. Fleta, lib.
