Co-ownerships or limited ownerships, such as emphyteusis, superficies, pignus, hypotheca, ususfructus, usus and habitatio. These were more than mere jura in re aliena, being portion of the dominium, itself, although they are commonly distinguished from the dominium strictly so called.
