LEGITIMAE NUPTIAE FACTAE sunt, patrem liberl sequuntur. Children born under a legitimate marriage follow the condition of the father. CUM ONERE (Lat.) With the burden; subject to the incumbrance; subject to the charge. A purchaser with knowledge of an incumbrance takes the property cum onere.
