A Journey. 'Justices in eyre were itinerant judges, who were sent once in seven years with a general commission into divers counties, to hear and determine such causes as were called "pleas of the crown."

In the Digests, the word is written "irenarcha." EISDEM MODIS DISSOLVITUR OBLIGAtlo quae nascltur ex contractu, vel quasi, quibus contrahitur. An obligation which arises from contract, or quasi contract, is dissolved in the same ways in which it is contracted. Fleta, lib.
