A person's first cousin is the child of his uncle or aunt; and only persons standing in that relationship to him will take under a gift to his "first cousins;" first cousins once removed will not be comprised, 8 L. J. Ch. 18; 25 L. J. Ch. 116; unless there be no first cousins properly so called.
