The Cyclopedic Law Dictionary

To visit often; to resort to often or habitually.

109 Ind. 176.

To "frequent" a place is to frequently go there, or to be in the habit of going there. Therefore a conviction cannot be sustained under the Vagrant Act for "frequenting" a street, etc., with intent to commit felony, where the evidence does not show that the person has been there more than once.
