Incapable of being hired out. ILLUD (Lat.) That. ILLUD QUOD ALIAS LICITUM NON est, necessitas facit licitutn, et necessitas Inducit privileglum quod jure privatur. That which is not otherwise lawful necessity makes lawful, and necessity makes a privilege which supersedes the law.
