In practice
The act of copying, from a rough draft, a writing, in order that it may be executed; as, ingrossing a deed. INHABITANT (Lat. in, in, habeo, to dwell). One who has a habitation at a given place. It embraces locality of existence; refers to the place of a person's actual residence and excludes the idea of occasional or temporary residence.
