Church liberty, or ecclesiastical immunity. LIBERTAS EST NATURALIS FACULtas ejus quod cuique facere libet, nisi quod de jure aut vi prohibetur. Liberty is the natural power of doing whatever one pleases, except that which is restrained by law or force.
