A free gift or present to the crown. SPONTE VIRUM FUGIENS MULIER ET adultera facta, doti sua careat, nisi sponte retracta. A woman leaving her husband of her own accord, and committing adultery, loses her dower, unless her husband takes her back of his ovsm accord.
