QUO EST SUA NATURA indivisible, et divisionem non patitur, nullam partem habebit vidua, sed satisfaciat ei ad valentiam. A widow shall have no part from that which in its own nature is indivisible, and is not susceptible of division, but let the heir satisfy her with an equivalent. Co. Litt. 32.
