A setting free; a clearing, release or delivery; an acquittance; the instrument by which a person is discharged from a debt or obligation, or an encumbrance is cancelled; the unlading of a cargo from a vessel; a statement of disbursements, and an offset of counter-claims, brought in and filed on accounting before a master in chancery.
