In civil and old English law. A donor or giver. Donatorius, or donatarins: a donee; a person to whom a gift is made; a purchaser. Donatur nnnquam desinit possidere, anteqnam donatorius incipiat possidere: the donor never ceases to possess until the donee begins to possess.
