Demandable; that which may be exacted. EXILIUM (Lat). In Old English Law. Exile. Setting free or wrongly ejecting bond-tenants. Waste is called exilium when bondmen (servi) are set free or driven wrongfully from their tenements. Co. Litt. 536. Destruction; waste. Du Cange.
