The wound made in coming out by a weapon which has passed through the body, or any part of it. 2 Beck, Med. Jur. 119. EX ITU S (Lat.) An export duty; issue, child or offspring; rent or profits of land. In Pleading. The issue or the end, termination or conclusion, of the pleadings.
