Production of false and deceptive appearances; the employment of physical objects for the purpose of making false impressions and with a view to such impressions being reported in as to convey false impressions of the nature of a transaction, and lead to false inferences as to the persons concerned in it; presentation, through witnesses, of false impressions as facts, or of fabricated facts as genuine ones.
