Does not necessarily imply that both parties should give and take blows. It is sufficient that they voluntarily put their bodies in position with that intent; State v. Gladden, 73 N. C. 155; Tate v. State, 40 Ga. 148. See Puize-Fiout. FI6HTWITE (Sax.). A mulct or fine for making a quarrel to the disturbance of the peace. Called also by Cowell forisfactura jjugnw.
