The natural flowage of water from an upper estate to a lower one is a servitude which the owner of the latter must bear, though the flowage be not in a natural watercourse with well defined banks; Leld- Icin V. Where one drains water from his land into the highway, causing another’s crops to be damaged by 'flowage through a drain connected with the highway, he is liable; Larkin V. Lamping, 44 111. App. 649.
